HiDef is seeking to recruit an Ecological Statistician to help support our growing consultancy business, across a varied portfolio of clients in the energy and conservation sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and pro-active individual to join a rapidly developing company at the forefront of marine and terrestrial science.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Scientist, undertaking ecological and statistical modelling to support a wide variety of assessment work. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a track record in disseminating technical work to both specialist and non-specialist audiences and will be a recognised lead author of reports and peer-reviewed papers.
The position will be based in either Cleator Moor, Cumbria, or at HiDef’s soon-to-be-opened Scottish Office.
