Catherine has a background in geography and spatial analysis, having completed an undergraduate degree in geography at the University of Glasgow in 2013.
Catherine leads the operational services department including projects, flight operations, review and ID team from our Head Office in Cumbria. She oversees and project manage the flights and data, delegating resource to each project element. She has worked for HiDef for over ten years, co-ordinating over 600 flights.
Post flight, Catherine has extensive expertise in data handling and management as well as GIS and ornithological data analysis. Catherine will manage the overall digital aerial survey project, from project initiation, including the day-to-day contact with the air operators, the collection of data, the processing of data through review and identification and the preparation and delivery of data reports.
