Steven Gyles – Lead Engineer

Steven recently joined HiDef as Lead Engineer in April 2023.

Steven comes from a telecoms background having worked for Openreach as part of the service delivery department, Steven progressed through engineering into a team leader role where he developed/coached engineers and was responsible for safety. Steven continued his progression and moved into an area management position where he further developed his leadership skills managing a team of 45 engineers which will help him work with confidence when leading the engineering team here at HiDef.
