Mike McGleenan – Project Manager

Mike joined HiDef in October 2025 following previous experience in public sector project management in the UK and abroad. His background includes working with senior government stakeholders on cyber security projects in the defence sector, and supporting policy changes following a general election in New Zealand’s Ministry for the Environment. Mike is based at our Cumbria office; outside of work he is a keen fell runner and a member of the Keswick Mountain Rescue Team.

Emma Stitt – PSO/Project Manager

Emma joined the projects team at HiDef in September 2025 and has been responsible for supporting a variety of different projects, particularly digital aerial surveys. Since graduating from the University of St Andrews in 2020, she has worked predominately in commercial facilities management sector, providing support for large-scale real estate and technology transformation projects.
