Since 2023, we’ve been conducting monthly Digital Aerial Surveys (DAS) across the Aspen, Beech, and Cedar sites as part of a comprehensive monitoring program commissioned by Cerulean Winds. These surveys have delivered invaluable data to support environmental assessments and the sustainable development of renewable energy infrastructure.
With 72 surveys completed so far, covering over 7,300 km²—an area equivalent to the size of Perth, Kinross, and Angus combined, this ambitious program is providing a detailed understanding of these offshore environments. The long-term datasets gathered will play a critical role in shaping the future of clean energy projects, ensuring they align with environmental and ecological priorities.
